Excellent job on the first service on my work C3, couldn't be happier. However the software update has crippled the environmental controls and I sort of need them to see when driving. They were working before the service but not afterward. Be seeing you 8am sharp tomorrow, hope it isn't raining.

Good evening I purchased a Kia Sportage from your Barnsley Vauxhall branch. Upon entering the car for the first time after purchase I found the wing mirror to be faulty to which I reported to the dealership straight away. The salesman advised to call service first thing on Monday morning as they were closed. On driving home I found there to be more faults with the car, Rear suspension making noises, struggling to get into first and second and the clutch slipping. I advised the dealership that the rear suspension issue sounds like the anti role bar bushes. I contacted the dealership via the facebook site where I was advised to call the service department first thing Monday morning. I called and advised I would need to get the car diagnosed by a tech. I advised as the dealership was 30 miles away it would not be convenient to "pop up" on my lunch break and asked if I could get it checked and repaired at the Worksop branch. I was advised they would diagnose it. After over a week of waiting for an appointment for a drive out with the engineer he advised that it was faulty and needs to be repaired. They called the Barnsley branch and and was promptly informed that it would need to be brought back to the Barnsley branch. I found this very inconvenient as I had to take time off work to get the car back. It was again over a week until a curtsey car would be available. I took the car in and was waiting for well over a week due to waiting for parts. Clutch, master flywheel wing mirror, suspension bushes and rear swing arm. During the time my car was in the workshop, I was in contact with sales manager in relation to why this had happened and why the car was not repaired before going on sale. I requested the VHC numerous times and a list of what had been replaced. I was advised that it would be sent to my email address and also a hard copy sent to my address. After I was informed that my car was ready, I had to get out of work early to drive the 30 miles to pick the car up spending money on fuel in the courtesy car and more money putting fuel in my car for the return journey. When driving the car back I found that the rear suspension fault was still evident. I informed the service department the next morning and promptly booked the car back in when a car was available. Spending even more money on fuel in both the courtesy car and my car. I spoke to the service department who advised me that the anti role bar bushes were replaced. I asked why they were not replaced previously, he advised that the engineer had just lubricated them last time. I spoke to sales manager again regarding the issues and that I still not received the VHC or a list of the replaced parts. I asked for some form of compensation for the messing around, Kevin Jones had advised me that he would give me a full service free of charge when it is due in September. To date I am still currently waiting for the VHC, a list of replaced parts and written conformation that I will receive a free full service. I appreciate that the work has been completed however I feel that I have been fobbed off by the sales staff and management. The car is a Kia Sportage purchased around the end of January and picked up on the 4th of February. I would be happy to provide details of reg plate and names via PM. I would like confirmation that I will be receiving a free full service however I do not have faith in the Barnsley branch and would like to have the service completed by the Worksop Kia branch. I would also like compensation for the amount of fuel wasted running up and down twice to the workshop. I look forward to hearing from you in this matter. Kind regards Mark Shaw
