Dear the people of Hyundai could you please tell me how this mutant got inside the console? I can no longer drive my car with that inside. Normally I would deal with these thing by using every swear word known to man and then very bravely get a hoover nozzle on it, I’m sure you can understand my fear driving with with that staring back at me, any advice will be gratefully received or a replacement Tucson thank you very much and have a nice day 😩🕷

Having a terrible time with Hyundai at present. 2months ago my whilst driving on the motorway with my son my i20 suddenly lost power. After pulling into the hard shoulder the car began revving up with the key out of the ignition and then the car began filling with smoke. With the fear of the car blowing up I had to get not only myself but my hysterical son out the car and down the hard shoulder of the motorway. Had the car recovered to the garage I bought from who forwarded it on to Hyundai dealership in Kilmarnock for which I have to meet the cost £70. Then because no one from Hyundai offered me a courtesy car I had to take one from the garage who were considerate enough to offer me one but I would have to pay the insurance which over a 30day period cost me £80. 6wks had past before Hyundai admitted it was a warranty fault and when I spoke to customer service regarding reclaiming any money I had to pay out I was told that it was my own fault for not taking my car directly to a dealership. I tried to explained due to having to grab my son out of a smoke filled car that which garage my car goes to was the last thing on my mind. Since then I have been provided with a courtesy car but only I can drive it, if I want to add my partner then it would cost me £5 a day. I think it is really unfair and quite sickening when a serious and dangerous fault has been clearly highlighted causing trauma and stress to a family then a bit of sensitivity should be applied rather than by the book. Through no fault of my own I am £150 out of pocket, have a child who still panics about travelling in a car, paying for car insurance on a car I don't have and have a partner who works shifts but can't use the courtesy car because of the extra costs. Very poorly handled by Hyundai and seriously questions how the view their customers and safety.
